1. Sponsor

Coach Cody / Cody Lutz Media, LLC ("Sponsor"), 7659 Mall Rd. PMB 1137, Florence, KY 41042, United States.

2. Promotion description

Each month that the 100 Club newsletter is published, one (1) issue in the physical mailing run will contain a golden ticket ("Golden Ticket"). The recipient of that issue may redeem the Golden Ticket for one (1) complimentary one-on-one coaching session with the Sponsor (approximate retail value: $3,000). The Golden Ticket may be transferred or gifted by the recipient to any eligible person of their choosing.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. Promotion period

The promotion runs monthly, beginning with the September 2025 issue, and continues for each subsequent issue at the Sponsor's discretion. Each monthly mailing constitutes a separate promotion with one (1) prize available per issue.

5. How to enter

Method 1 — Paid subscription (no purchase advantage): Active paid subscribers to the 100 Club newsletter automatically receive a numbered physical issue each month. One issue per mailing cycle will contain the Golden Ticket, selected at random during fulfillment.

Method 2 — Free mail-in entry: To enter without a subscription, hand-print your full name, mailing address, and the month of entry on a 3" × 5" card and mail it to: Coach Cody — 100 Club Sweepstakes, 7659 Mall Rd. PMB 1137, Florence, KY 41042. One entry per person per monthly promotion period. Entries must be received by the 15th of the entry month. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted.

6. Odds of winning

Approximately 1 in 100. Actual odds depend on the number of active paid subscribers at the time of each monthly mailing.

7. Winner selection & notification

The Golden Ticket is randomly inserted into one issue during the physical fulfillment process each month. The winner is the individual who receives that issue (or any eligible person to whom the winner transfers the ticket). To redeem, the Golden Ticket holder must contact the Sponsor at the address above or via mycoachcody.com within ninety (90) days of the postmark date of that month's mailing. Unredeemed prizes expire after 90 days and no substitute prize will be offered.

8. Prize

One (1) complimentary one-on-one coaching session with the Sponsor per monthly promotion period. Approximate retail value: $3,000. Session format, duration, and scheduling subject to mutual availability. No cash equivalent. Prize is non-transferable except as described in Section 5.

9. General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the United States Postal Service.

For a list of monthly Golden Ticket recipients (available after each mailing), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above, or visit mycoachcody.com/100club-rules.
